Join us for an interactive networking session with Haroon Inam, CTO of Smart Wires. Haroon Inam has 30+ years of experience in technology, research, and product development across diverse verticals, such as utilities, industrials, and aerospace. He has helped develop more than 20 major high-reliability and mission-critical platforms, including ones for the Smart Grid, for autonomous train controls, for data centers, and for airplanes like the 787 Dreamliner. He has also set-up and led operations with responsibility for manufacturing, quality and supply chain. With large diverse global teams consisting of hundreds of engineers, product-management associates and manufacturing-engineering professionals, he has repeatedly delivered multi-million-dollar annual profit streams. Prior to joining Smart Wires as Chief Technology Officer, he held executive and management positions at companies such as United Technologies and Honeywell, plus several start-ups and smaller firms that had successful exits. Haroon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Honors and Distinction, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Duke University in Durham, NC. He has attended executive development programs at Harvard Business School and the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
