IEEE PES Distinguished Lecture: Key Insights to Career Management

McDonald, an IEEE Life Fellow, for a distinguished visit and discussion with Georgia Tech students and researchers. Mr. McDonald will deliver a Distinguished Lecturer Program (DLP) presentation titled "Key Insights to Career Management." Drawing from his 50 years of experience as an engineer, manager, and executive, as well as his 53 years as an active IEEE member, Mr. McDonald will share valuable perspectives on career development. Through real-life examples and photographs, he will explore how understanding your personal priorities— which may evolve over time— alongside your company's goals, can lead to a fulfilling and successful career.
